Love it
This nail grinder is awesome!!! So much quieter and more powerful than my old one (different brand) that broke after only a few months. I highly recommend this! It's very quick which is great because my old one took forever to grind my dogs nails down and he would get very impatient. The only thing is you need to only do a little at a time so you don't take too much of the nail off and injure the quick, but the light helps with that! I'm going to tell my friends and family this is the one they have to buy!!!!! I feel so happy about this purchase, well worth the price.
Great... But, One Suggestion...
There’s only one suggestion I have, which is, I would like to have a more ergonomically designed tool. The cylinder is a bit bulky and awkward. The tool would be if better and more comfortable if it were actually designed for a hand.
Jury is still out
This may be a perfect nail grinder for dogs. I’m not used to it but got tired of getting the quick on one of my dogs every time I trimmed them. Have tried it a couple times and I was expecting something that was faster....? It seems to take forever to get it trimmed. Like I said- it may be fine and I’m just not used to it.
Works great
I bought these to start using with my new mini Schnauzer pup. I knew my older dog would not tolerate the noise. (These are pretty loud, and louder when filing) But my puppy has done well being introduced to them and they work very well to bring and smooth her nails. The light is GREAT. . It will definitely be on a dog-to-dog basis as the noise is pretty loud and the nail grinding may be upsetting to some dogs but this is a great product other than the noise.
