Does not come with a spare grinding head
works great, pictures of item lead me to believe a spare grinder head was included. Not included.

It works great n Ican use it on other things beside my puppys nails ,there is a low vibration n a little noise but not like others I've got n never even use cuz my dog said no way !!

This was the easiest and quietest grinder I've used. My dogs were much calmer and I was able to get their nails shorter without an issue
