We got this as a gift for our friend who has two cats and they've been loving this cat feeder. They said the app works excellent and it creates a better portion controlled feeding as they are busy with their business that they own in one cat tends to eat more than he should so this has helped the cat to lose some weight. They said there has been no issues with the food getting stuck in the app has been working excellent
Works good but app doesn't work with alexa
Scheduled feeding and portions are good but the Alexa controls don't work at all so kinda disappointed but worked for our trip so it is what it is.
The best feeder
LOVE this feeder. I've had a couple before this one and hated them. This one was so simple to set up and establish feeding. I love that I have the app to do the feeding plans and I'm able to see when the feeder goes off. The holder holds so much more food and lasts twice as long as my old feeders. Great for when you are feeding 6 cats. I can also do supplemental feeding in between if I feel like they need it. And it's quiet.
