Literally nothing like the photos. The material is super cheap and it has really weird dark brown tips which was not in the advertised images. It also it not an orthopedic mattress--it's just a cheap pad.
The advertising image they use is ripped from an actual orthopedic dog bed from the brand PawBrands. Search "faux fur orthopedic dog bed" and the PawBrands PupRug will show up.
The return policy is a joke. They will only return defective items--it's not based on customer satisfaction-- and will replace the item or give store credit. There are no straight up refunds! Further, the item must be "unopened" for them to even consider a store credit. It comes squeeze packaged into a plastic bag, so there's no way to know what the bed is even like unless you open it!
I hate it so much, I'm honestly going to throw it away if they won't accept a return and full refund. I can't believe I wasted my money on this!!!
DO NOT BUY unless you want a super flimsy, cheap, fake fur rug with tips that look like someone dipped the edges of the fur into super dirty mud that will probably be bad for your dog's back because it's actually not orthopedic and unless you are a person who has money to burn. Run from this product!

Way cheaper looking than the pictures, also the XL was rather small for our Golden. Shipping was efficient and pretty quick as it’s coming from Shanghai.
Definitely not worth $100+. Maybe $30.

Clementine loves her new bed! For reference- she’s 65lbs and the M was perfect for her. The bed comes vacuum-sealed in plastic and had a funky smell when I took it out of the bag. I took the pad out of the cover and put them both in the dryer on low heat for about 30 minutes- that fluffed everything up nicely and got rid of the smell.

Buyer beware! First, this dog bed is absolutely the worst quality. I paid over $100, thinking my dog would get a very nice and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, he didn’t get that. Naturally, with an online item, it was opened and inspected. The product didn’t meet my expectations, so I reached out to Pawroll to return the product, only to find out they don’t except returns on products opened. I wish I took a picture of the packaging. The bed was shrink wrapped into a ball. There was literally no way for me to look at the product unless opened. So, now it appears, I’m keeping this $100 dog bed that is the quality of a $15 dog bed because this company has terrible packaging and the worst return policy. Based on this experience I will NEVER buy another item from this company and would question their ethics, product quality and customer service. There are better companies to give your business to.

This is absolutely ridiculous! This bed is not "orthopedic" at all. It is thin and skimpy with no support for a senior dog. I really cannot imagine that these reviews are real. I purchased this so-called bed as a replacement but I will now have to keep the old one. After waiting so long for this item it is quite a disappointment. I'm sure there's some restocking fee to ensure that returns are difficult but I will try.

Ordered the XL, received a medium. Tried calling customer service, not sure why they even have the number listed on the site because it doesn’t work. Have emailed twice with no response. Not to mention the bed itself sheds like crazy so now I have giant tufts of fake fur all over the house flying through the air. The memory foam is also flimsy and useless. Overall this bed is garbage and customer service is literally nonexistent. Thanks for stealing my hundred dollars Paw Roll. Wish I could at least get a refund so I can buy a decent bed with the money that I wasted on this one. Just wanted to buy something nice for my dogs and this is what I get.

I purchased two of these beds for my dogs, and they both absolutely love them. For some reason they love to eat their treats on their beds and the beds get dirty quickly. I just washed the beds for the first time in the washing machine and they washed and dried beautifully. These beds are worth every penny.

Our Labour loves the bed! She used to sneak upon the couch at night and the beds on the daytime but now she totally prefers her bed! Also, it looks great in our living room.

Memory foam is cheap, thin, and almost useless. The color is more of white and brown than lighter neutral as shown in pic. Customer service was really good. Other than that, I kind of regret buying.

Unfortunately the items i recieved on both occasions were the wrong size therefor i am left with a bit of a sour taste. I really liked the product but failing to deliver the right size of bed despite my having mentioned on the second order to PLEASE NOTE the right size was very upsetting .
I was pleased to have recieved my refund promptly however i would have much preffered recieving the right size.

This is so stylish and fits in completely with our decor. Benefit of the more narrow profile Is our Cocoa can be in our kitchen without being a tripping hazard. The throw blanket works great when she is really muddy.. I throw it over top and as it is same fabric it looks great and easily washable. I’ve recommended this product to all my friends.

I have bought countless beds, trying to find one that looks nice and my Lab Louie likes. The Pawroll meets all my needs! It actually looks like a decorative fuzzy rug, and my Louie has given up his favorite ratty old bed in favor of the Pawroll!

Great company. It’s good quality bed and very comfy. I like that the outside is washable just in case. I don't have any issues with mine. The only issue I’ve had is getting my cat off of it so the poor dog can use it haha. Highly recommended! I think it’s fabulous!

Got a great deal this so my expectations weren’t high, but this has to be the nicest dog bed I’ve ever purchased. Immediately after opening it my dog hopped on and is using this bed almost exclusively. It looks lavish, very soft and the L size is perfect for her.

The best bed for my 10 year-old senior lab. He often prefers it to the couch, which is saying a lot! It’s also easy to clean, which we’ve had to do a few times thanks to our new puppy. My 100 lb lab and 20 lb pup sleep comfortably on it, and it also fits in the dog crate. I’ll definitely get another for the pup when he outgrows his puppy bed.
