If you want your cat to drink water most often you should definitely get it!
I had many concerns about my cat not drinking the correct amount of water per day, and I read some articles where they explained how cats preferred to drink from running water because it’s 100% more fresh, cooler and cleaner. Another reason why they prefer motion water than drinking from their bowl it’s especially because most of the times we place the water bowl next to its food bowl, since in the wild cats don’t drink water that is next to its prey because they consider dirty, we can confirm that indoor cats still have a similar behavior and that’s why I placed the water fountain some meters away from its food bowl. I can say I have notice a lot of improvement, he loves its water fountain and he’s drinking water more often than before. You can see the attached video. Running water for my cat
This thing is good: easy to assemble and clean, I can barely hear the water running at night. I am sure my cat loves it. He probably washed his face with the water cuz I saw hair on the filter. The only drawback is that the surface is too smooth to easily hold it. It almost dropped a few times when I tried to lifted it up from the floor.
Easy to clean and find replacement filters
We had a cat fountain, until the filter no longer worked. We couldn’t find replacement filters for the previous cat fountain, so we decided it was time to purchase a new one. This particular fountain has lots of options for replacement filters. Besides it does come with 2-one to start and a replacement one. This is so easy to assemble. I remember our previous filter it was very difficult to assemble had a lot of pieces that had to be put together. This was so easy it literally took 10 seconds. I love the little UV light and the fact that it’s actually inside the water receptacle. It doesn’t attract insects like one with the light on the exterior of the fountain. My cat had been without her fountain for a few weeks, she took to this so quickly. She loves drinking the fresh water that pours out versus the water sitting stagnant in a bowl. I find that not only is she more apt to drink water but when she drinks fresh clean water often, and I am confident that she staying healthy.

I use 3 water bottles to safely fill the fountain. It glows in the dark so your cat can see it. I docked 1 star for not coming with power adaptor.
