    Fulfillment and communications problems

    Ordered and payment was taken promptly. Recieved an instant shipping notification that stated to look for tracking. Sent an email about my order after waiting 21 days and heard nothing back for one business day. I followed up with a request to cancel and a full refund or I’d open a claim with PayPal. That got their attention and they followed up and took care of the refund. Seems like they can’t handle order volume. My advice is to stay on top of your order status if they seem to go radio silent.
