Was a better price than others. Fit my Pet Smart doggie door perfectly, and keeps out even strong north wind. Strong magnet and not too stiff as some of the other reviews stated, but I have Brittany Spaniels not Yorkies. Easy to install with a helper to get the first screw started. Will definitely purchase again. Arrived much sooner than expected. No more cold air coming in, the door faces north.

I can't wait the durability yet I just got this a week ago. It went in easy I was a little worried it wasn't matching up I had to drop it down and then the holes expose themselves at the top so I covered those with tape so I don't let are in however once installed it's working great and I even saved a little money over the pet safe version
Great Fit
This is a perfect replacement for my Petsafe dog door flap. I have three dogs and one who is super athletic(Border Collie) so this is the ideal way for them to access the backyard. Good price, good fit durability will be tested over the next few months.
Sadly didnt last long
It's only lasted a couple months versus the original pet safe flap. The door itself is fairly sturdy it's the holes and the quality of plastic that is not as good and rips easy at the holes. I found the entire door hanging on by two remaining screws and the rest had ripped through. I do have a great Dane who is a little more rough with it but it shouldnt tear like that.

Needed a replacement door because the home we just bought had a doggy door already for the garage to the outside but no flap. We didn't know the existing brand because it didn't show but we measured it and went with this sizing. It wasn't a perfect fit but almost perfect and does the job
