I will give this item one star because the design and fit are good, but the quality of the cover and customer service are terrible. One of the plastic Fastex buckles was broken when it arrived and another buckle broke when installing the cover. Also, the plastic mechanism that is supposed to hold the cover in place does not work well. My dog slid all over the place because the cover was not secured well. I tried calling PawRoll’s Customer Service, but the recording said to send an email. I sent an email and there has been no response. I am very disappointed in this product.
